Mandarin & Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Two ripe bananas
Tin of mandarins in natural juice
1/4 pint of skimmed milk
2 drops of vanilla essence (optional)

Chef says: I love this as a pre-workout drink or to kick-start my day, easy and ready in minutes. In the summer I add a couple of ice cubes for a really fresh taste.

METHOD
Empty
a tin of mandarins with the juice into a blender. Slice the bananas and throw them into the blender. Add 1/4 pint of milk and two drops of vanilla essence. Now blend for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately.
