So when you see bacon for 10Dhs, (£1.70), its rude not to grab some for the freezer, and keep one to cook. So with what was in the fridge, I softened some spring onions, leeks and courgette in a pan, adeed the sliced bacon, seasoned. Then added some dried basil, paprika and cream. I cooked up some pasta then mixed it with some green pesto! This weeks lunches sorted and some for the freezer!
