Sevres 6, prep time 20 minutes, cooking time 45 minutes
I made this with what was in my fridge/freezer, 2 cups of macaroni boiled until soft, a cup of laban yogurt with a little water. 2 handfuls of mozzarella cheese, some flour mixed with cold water to thicken the cheese sauce. Heat the yogurt and slowly stir in the cheese, add some flour mix to thicken.
A grated carrot and a large onion chopped. Fried bacon lardons, topped with more cheese, paprika and mixed herbs, then baked for 45 minutes until the top is golden and crispy. It’s a of kind of no measure dish, just chop, mix and bake.
