Serves 4, prep time 15 minutes, cooking tome 15-20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
2 large sirloin steaks, cubed
1 large white onion, cubed
12 mushrooms
1 large red pepper, cut into squares
3 tsp of all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
4 wooden kebab skewers

Place the wooden skewer sticks in water and soak for 20 minutes. Wash and dry the steaks, then cut into equal cubes. Place the steak cubes in a bowl and add the all-purpose seasoning and cayenne pepper, season and mix. Next cut the onion and red pepper into cubes. Remove the skewer sticks from the water and begin to assemble the kebabs. Alternate the meat and vegetables onto the sticks. Chill for 20 minutes in the fridge. Either on a griddle pan or BBQ gently cook the kebabs until the meat is cooked to your taste. Serve with some Greek yogurt and salad.
