Sticky Sweet Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
15 chicken wings
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1 red chilli chopped
1 tsp of garlic salt
Some lime wedges
Handful of chopped coriander
3 wooden skewers

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Soak the skewers in water for twenty minutes, Wash and trim chicken, then push the skewers through the wings. Oil a baking tray and add the wings. Place all the ingredients in a pan, over a medium heat stir until the sugar dissolves. Turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Next, pour the sauce over the chicken. Place in the oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. When the chicken is cooked place on a serving tray, squeeze over some lime and top with coriander leaves. Serve the remainder of the sauce in a side bowl.
