Sharing is caring, when it comes to the delicious food at the Hilton JBR’s Sky lounge and Dining you may want to think again. The ‘Pure Experience’ menu- a pan-Asian smorgasbord of six dishes such as scallop zucchini salad, beetroot carpaccio, corn fed chicken, etc. justifies selfishness. The grand finale is head chef Sven’s edible work of art created live on the table using chocolate and caramel sauces, meringue and fresh fruits- it’s too lovely to eat but you’ll regret it if you won’t.
