Spicy Chicken Goujons

INGREDIENTS
2 wholemeal rolls
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
½ tsp of chilli powder
Salt & pepper
2 large chicken breast cut into 2cm strips
1 cup of all-purpose flour
3 eggs beaten

TO SERVE
French fries
Sweet chilli sauce
Chopped coriander

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Break the rolls into a food processor with the all dry ingredients and season. Blitz until the bread until it turns into crumbs. Place three bowls next to each other, place flour in the first bowl, egg in the second and breadcrumbs in the third. Coat each strip of chicken with flour, egg and finally, the breadcrumbs, place the chicken on a greased baking sheet. Repeat the process and bake the chicken for 30-45 minutes, occasionally turning until the coating is crisp and golden. Finally, serve topped with chopped coriander, sweet chilli sauce and fries.
