Smoked Salmon Spread on Toast
Smoked Salmon Spread on Freshly Toasted Bread

Serves 6, prep time 10 minutes, Chill time 4 hours

INGREDIENTS
250g of soft cream cheese
120g of smoked salmon
1 tsp of English mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp of double cream 

TO SERVE
Toasted fresh bread
Dried seaweed flakes

METHOD
Place the ingredients in a food processor, blitz into a paste. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, refrigerate for four hours. Serve on toasted fresh bread and top with dried seaweed flakes.
