Stir Fry Beef & Ginger Noodles

Beef & Ginger Noodles

Serves 2, prep time 10 minutes, cooking time 10 minutes

1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 onion thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves chopped
5cm piece of ginger grated
Salt & pepper
300g beef sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch strips
1 beef stock cube
3 tbsp of chilli sauce
1 tbsp of mushroom soy sauce
300g cooked egg noodles
1 red chilli chopped
Spring onions to serve and sliced chilli

Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the onion and garlic. Stir until the onion softens, add the ginger and season. Next, add the beef, stock cube, and chilli and soy sauce with a splash of water. Brown the meat then add the noodles and red chilli. Stir for two minutes. Remove the wok from the heat, serve topped with spring onion.
