Nutricook: Breakfast porridge with blueberries

PORRIDGEOne of the many great features of the Nutricook is the time delay. There is no excuse to skip breakfast. Just set the timer to cook the porridge ready for when you wake up.

Serves 4, prep time 5 minutes, cooking time 20 minutes

4 cups of milk
2 cups of organic oats
¼ cup of honey
1 tsp of vanilla essence

Pressure cooker: Breakfast porridge with blueberries

Place the milk, oats, honey and vanilla essence into the pot.
Close the lid and pressure valve, and select the porridge programme.
(This can be set to cook using the time delay options). When cooked release the pressure. Over a medium heat, in a pan toast the flaked almonds until golden. Add the porridge to deep serving bowls, top with blueberries, a drizzle of honey and flaked almonds.
