Makes 10, prep time 10 minutes, cooking time 45 minutes
30cm sheet of baking parchment
1 sheet of puff pastry
350g of Nutella at room temperature
Flour for dusting
1 egg beaten
1 tsp of honey
2 tbsp of chopped unsalted cashew nuts
2 squares of milk chocolate
Dust a flat surface with flour. Lay out the pastry sheet, spread with Nutella, leaving a 2cm gap at one end of the sheet.
Brush the end with egg, and roll up the pastry, wrap in film and chill for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, remove the pastry roll from the fridge, using a sharp knife cut into 2cm equal pieces, lay them flat on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Drizzle over the honey, grate over the chocolate and top with chopped cashew nuts, now enjoy.
