Makes 8, prep time 10 minutes, cooking time 30 minutes
500g of minced chicken
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
1 free-range egg
2 tsp of dry jerk seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper
A handful of chopped coriander
1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
Egg for glazing
Black sesame seeds
3 tbsp of mayonnaise, mixed with 1 tbsp of hot chilli sauce.
In a bowl or food processor, combine the chicken, jerk seasoning, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander and egg, season and combine.
On a floured surface, cut the pastry sheet in half, lengthways.
Brush egg along the top edge of each sheet.
Divide the chicken mixture in half and lay along the centre of each sheet.
Wrap the pastry around the mixture, roll, overlapping to seal.
Turn the roll so the join is on the bottom, using a sharp knife divide the rolls into six pieces, then make three cuts along each one.
Brush each roll with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place six rolls on each of two-wire racks.
Press the power button on the Nutricook Air Fryer Oven and select the bake mode preset. (175C for 30 minutes).
Place the wire trays in the oven top and bottom, close the oven door, press the power button to begin cooking.
After 15 minutes switch the trays so the rolls cook evenly.
When the timer is up, the unit will beep, remove the trays from the oven allow to cool, then serve with spicy mayo.
