Serves 6, prep time 10 minutes, cooking time 30 minutes
2 tsp of olive oil
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tsp of smoky paprika
500g of stewing beef, cubed
1 tsp of Worcester sauce
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp of tomato purée
2 sliced carrots
2 sliced celery sticks or 1/2 a cucumber, cored and sliced
1 yellow pepper, cubed
500ml of beef stock
10 small potatoes, halved
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Select the sauté function on the Nutricook.
Add the oil, when the pot is hot add the onion and garlic, stir until the onions soften.
Add the paprika, stir, then add the beef and brown for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the Worcester sauce and season.
Next, add the tomato purée, celery/cucumber carrots, peppers, beef stock and potatoes.
Finally, add the rosemary, close the lid and valve. Select the stew function and set the timer to 30 minutes.
When cooked, release the pressure manually, serve in deep bowls with some fresh bread and rosemary sprigs.
