450g of macaroni
2 tbsp of butter
500ml of hot water
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of cayenne pepper
1 vegetable stock cube
250g of shredded red Leicester cheese
1 beaten free-range egg
Red Leicester cheese
Chopped spring onion
Place the macaroni, butter, water, salt, cayenne pepper and stock cube in the Nutricook. Add the lid, close and seal the valve.
Select the pressure function, and set to four minutes on high pressure.
Manually release the pressure, remove the lid, stir in the egg and shredded cheese.
When the cheese is melted, serve topped with chopped spring onion, cheese and cayenne pepper.
