Black Bean Hummus

Prep time 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 can of black beans, drained (Retaining the liquid) 
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup of tahini
The juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp rock salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Breadsticks to serve

METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse to combine, then increase the speed to medium-high.
A little at a time add the retained water until the mixture is smooth.
Taste and season more if required, pour the hummus in a deep dish, make a well in the centre, then drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle the dried parsley, sesame seeds and serve.
